Refund and Returns Policy

Policy Overview

Bonecrusher merchandise is custom-made-to-order. Our policy is aligned with our production partner, Printful. We accept returns or replacements only in the case of a mistake on our part (damage, misprint, or wrong item received). We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

We take great care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please contact us immediately at Contact@bonecrusherofficial69.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photos of the damaged or misprinted item.
    • Clear photos of the packaging (if damaged).
  • Resolution: Upon review, if the item is deemed damaged or misprinted, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. You will not be required to return the original damaged item.

 Wrong Size / Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong print, wrong size sent by the fulfillment center), please contact us at Contact@bonecrusherofficial69.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photos of the incorrect item received.
  • Resolution: We will investigate and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. You may not be required to return the original incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items (Buyer’s Remorse & Exchanges)

All sales are final except in cases of damage or error on our part.

  • As each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or if you simply change your mind.
  • Please review all product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

 Order Cancellations

Because our products go into production quickly, order cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at Contact@bonecrusherofficial69.com if you need to cancel.
