- Non-Apparel Products: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create and prepare these item(s) for shipment.
- Production times may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. We use Flat Rate pricing based on our Print-on-Demand partner’s rates.
Order Tracking & Lost Items
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
- Lost in Transit: If your order’s tracking information shows it was lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days for domestic, 30 days for international, from the last tracking update. We will work with Printful to investigate and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

International Customs and Import Duties
The customer is responsible for any customs, import duties, VAT, or taxes applied by their country’s customs office upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
- Shipping Costs for Returns: Bonecrusher does not cover shipping costs for returns or size exchanges. Returns are only accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. For details on eligible returns, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.
